If there is no quality problem with the product, we recommend not to return it as much as possible, because the cost of international logistics and transportation is very high. If you do not have a cooperative logistics company, you will pay expensive express fees. And there is a risk that the package shipped back will be lost. Please think twice before returning an item.

We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund (minus what you paid for shipping), or you may exchange it for another item that is more to your liking.
Errors and Defects
In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective, please email us in time so that we can make it right! In cases of defective merchandise, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it’s important that you contact us first before returning it. we will decide refund or resend with you.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
We regret we cannot refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If merchandise is returned in “100% new” condition within 30 days of purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s) or you can choose to receive a store credit. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a store credit will be issued in the form of our store Gift Card.
All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our store.If you return without our allow,we will not cover all the lost.
